Audrey Martin is an executive coach and Founder of Blue Pearl Consultants, LLC, with extensive experience coaching CEOs and executives through leadership and business transformation, primarily in the financial sector.
Audrey’s prior corporate experience includes Head of Business Performance and Execution, North America Life for Zurich North America where she was tasked to partner with the CEO to develop a life insurance company from a “blank sheet of paper” stage. Prior to joining Zurich, Audrey was a Global Managing Director at UBS running Global Fixed Income HR. Additional prior experience includes Goldman Sachs & Co. and Burson-Marsteller/Y&R. Audrey has extensive M&A and transformation experience from multiple events at Zurich North America (Aflac, Benefit Harbor, Farmers Life) and UBS (SG Warburg, Dillon Read, Paine Webber, Enron Trading, headquarter move, 2008 Financial Crisis market crash restructure, etc.).
